We source our products from trusted local and international suppliers, maintaining strict climate-controlled storage conditions. Our inventory is rotated frequently using a First-In-First-Out (FIFO) system to ensure you receive the freshest pantry staples possible.

What kind of packaging do you use for shipping?

In line with our zero-waste mission, we use 100% plastic-free, compostable, or recyclable packaging. Your items are typically packed in brown paper bags or glass jars and cushioned with honeycomb paper or biodegradable starch peanuts.

Do you offer international shipping?

Currently, Refill Nation ships within the domestic region to ensure carbon emissions are kept to a minimum and food products arrive within their optimal shelf-life window. Please check our shipping page for specific regional rates.

How do you handle cross-contamination for customers with allergies?

While we maintain a very clean facility, we handle a wide variety of nuts, seeds, and grains. Because our products are sold in bulk, we cannot 100% guarantee the total absence of allergens. We recommend those with severe allergies exercise caution.

What is your return policy for food products?

Due to health and safety regulations, we cannot accept returns on food items once they have left our facility. However, if there is an issue with the quality of your order or if an item was damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours for a replacement or refund.
