Uses for Popcorn

Put two tablespoons of oil in the bottom of a pot and add about a 1/2 cup of popcorn kernels, then cover it and cook on medium heat. Once you hear that popping sound start up, turn the heat down and shake the pot regularly to prevent burning of any kernels and help them all pop. Remove the pot from the heat when the popping sound stops. Enjoy this tasty, guilt-free snack by mixing in your favorite sweet or savoury flavors to the popcorn. Experiment with different flavours. We love a sprinkle of nutritional yeast with a little smoked paprika. For a sweet twist try dusting a little organic icing sugar or a drizzle of maple syrup.
